• History: She was a brilliant young girl in the ninja academy, entering at the age of six. She was always getting A's and always doing well. She was always talking to people and making friends. She was one of the few people in her class to have no enemies. She didn't even have a rival. She graduated with high marks and a perfect score on the graduation exam. After finding out that she passed the graduation exam, she ran home to find her sister waiting for her. Her sister took out a staff and presented it to her sister as a graduation gift. Knowing that it wasn’t much, her sister, Hitomi, apologized over and over again. Mitsukai accepted it and loved it, always using it in her fighting style, not realizing it would become her vital tool as her shinobi path continued on.

As she became as genin, she was grouped with two guys who were always bickering about who was better.  She tried her best, surpassing the both of them while they let themselves keep bickering over every little thing. Her jonin instructor was always smiling and bragging about her progress, always trying to get others to be jealous. The two guys kept training but never caught up to her, thanks to their bickering.  However, it came to one mission, and everything changed. She had been captured by the enemy.  The two guys kept bickering and didn’t notice the enemy sneaking up on them. The enemy proceeded to knock them out and kidnapped Mitsukai. As Mitsukai sat tied up, she overheard the enemy. The enemy had plans to use her and sell her, and even possibly rape her. As she listened on, she felt an odd sensation coming from her back. This was caused by a chakra seed being kept in close proximity to the girl. All of a sudden, a huge pain erupted from her back as she screamed out. As her captors ran to check on her, they noticed a glowing light coming from the area. When they found her, she had gigantic wings, capable of lifting her off the ground.  Using the wings, she bested her captors and proceeded back to Kazangakure.  As she got to the gates, she found her team and quite a few ANBU preparing to search for her. She approached the gate to a cheer of celebration and disbelief that she had gigantic black wings like an eagles. As the leader and her jonin questioned her about the kidnapping, she explained everything, including the random growth of wings. No one could figure out why the wings had grown. Soon after this, due to her acolades for the village, she was made the seven tailed jinchuuriki, She was a popular girl before and kept being a popular girl as she began her training to access the bijuu's chakra. The village closely monitored the progress and made sure that she was in control and that the Jinchuuriki life did not cause problems.

As she progressed and learned to use her wings and bijuu chakra, the chunin exam approached. This is when the team’s true light was revealed. Mitsukai led her to the finals with ease. However once there, it was clear who the strongest link was. The two guys that had been her team for so long got eliminated quickly. Mitsukai made it to the finals before a true challenge had arrived. It was a hyuuga from the hidden leaf. The two of them sparred for hours with no end to the fight in sight. After hours, the two of them both collapsed from sheer exhaustion from the fight. The fight ended in a draw and allowed for both to be elevated to the rank of chunin. She met with her sister after the fight to tell her of the news. Her sister was so excited that she had run out and bought two swords for Mitsukai. Mitsukai proceeded to name these swords, Pain and Destruction. As a chunin, she lead a team of genin to many successes as well as successes in doing the missions alone. With luck, she was given the rank of jonin by the Kazankage.

After becoming jonin, she was given the task of leading a strong unit of jonin on a mission. This mission was to chase down and kill the people who had kidnapped her before. The team got to where the enemy was hiding only to find that one of Kazangakure’s lead ANBU was partnered with them. The team ambushed the area, with Mitsukai attacking the ANBU member. The two clashed for what seemed like ages, however it was Mitsukai who proved victorious that day. Upon returning home, she was celebrated as a hero. Unfortunately, earlier that day the Kazankage had died of a heart attack. Because of her popularity and skill, she was elevated to the rank of Kazankage to replace the previous one. Since becoming Kage, she has grown into this somewhat sense that she is an angel and that she was sent by a goddess to save this world. No one knows exactly what brought this on; only that it has changed her.

• RP Sample: She stood upon the top of the buildings, looking over the rain drenched land. ”The goddess of this world shall rain down pain upon this land for going against his wishes. I will help bring the pain to its people.” Her wings were spread wide, somehow deflecting the rain as it hit the feathers. Her pink hair spread down her back like a flowing river and reached to about her knees. Her black long sleeve shirt fit snug to her body. Her eyes seemed to suck people into a hypnotic state. She looked down to her ANBU Captain as she shook her wings. ”Your men need to hunt down a missing nin. The report is on your desk. You are to send them out as soon as you possibly can. This mission is top priority. This ninja has a lot of our secrets on her person. Kill them and burn the body to ashes. It serves them right for going against mother’s wishes.” She smirked as she turned away. ”You are free to go.” She signaled for him to leave her as she waited for her sister to appear.
