NCS: Housing/Shops/Villages

It is assumed that each player starts with an apartment, or at least a room in their clan’s house. You may choose to be homeless if you so choose.

The housing system on Chaos allows for characters to create and buy their own houses with their ryo. Theres tons of space on the board for housing and shops! so feel free to purchase and roleplay in your new homes. The housing System is quite simple all you have to do is purchase a home in this board and cough up the ryo. The Shops work the same and a new board will be made in the shop district.


Housing:
Buildings and homes
-Small Home: 30,000 Ryo
*A small home has one floor and includes a bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and one spare room.
-Medium Home: 75,000 Ryo
*A medium home can have one or two floors and includes a bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and three spare rooms.
-Large Home: 120,000 Ryo
*A large home can have one or two floors and includes two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a kitchen, and four spare rooms. Can have more spare rooms for 2500 per room

-Garden -5,000 Ryo - Medium or Large Home only
-Green House - 20,000 Ryo - Large Home only
-Training Room - 50,000 Ryo - Training in this room decreases word count by 50 words per rank
-Laboratory/Armory - 40,000 Ryo (Reduces Jutsu Experience Costs by 20%)
-Blacksmithing Station - 150,000 Ryo - Large Home only (Decreases Crafting Fail Chance by 10%)


Shops:

Shopping License: 100,000 Ryo
*This upgrade gives you protection from the ninja village and you can ask for missions to have your stuff retrieved if stolen.
Shops and Carts!
-Cart/Item stand - 5,000 Ryo
*These are small and usually carry small items like kunai or scrolls.
-Tiny Shop - 50,000 Ryo
*These are big enough to have a front counter and some items in the back.
-Medium Shop - 100,000 Ryo
*A shop big enough for people to walk in, can have up to two rooms.
-Large shop - 150,000 Ryo
*A shop that is two stories and can have up to 4 rooms. Can have more for 5000 per room.


Village Upgrades/Events:
-Training Grounds -1,500,000 Ryo - Training in this room decreases word count for by 50 words per rank
-Academy Upgrade - 500,000 Ryo - All Academy Students can learn one D rank jutsu free of charge.
-Chunin Exams - 200,000 Ryo - A Village that pays for this is allowed to host the Chunin Exams. Any village who wishes to join may pay 50,000 Ryo to the Hosting Village to help offset the cost of the Chunin Exams.
-Jonin Promotion Exam - 50,000 Ryo - A Village that pays for this is allowed to host Jounin Exams for any Special Jounin from their village who wish to join.
-Genin Training Day - 500,000 Ryo - The Village hosts a special training mission with the genin of the village. All genin who participate gain 300 Exp.
-Special Jounin Exam - 50,000 Ryo -The Village that pays for this is allowed to host Special Jounin Exams for any Chunin from their village who wish to join.
-Kage Summit - 100,000 Ryo - The Hosting Village pays the cost. The hosting Kage gains 10,000 EXP and the visiting Kage gain 5,000 EXP
