Description: The user has put particular focus into the practice of sealing jutsu. When using a sealing Fuuinjutsu, the user can decide to make the target only unsealable by themselves or certain individuals (they do not need to be present at the sealing). This may be undone by another shinobi with this SC.
A sealing expert may use all forms of the enclosing technique as if the technique was one rank higher.
Additionally, this allows the enclosing technique to be used on willing human targets as an S rank, and unwilling human targets as an SS rank. These use the base chakra cost of a S or SS rank jutsu. The human is put into a state of suspended animation until they are unsealed.
