Description: Water Path Samurai are all about their calm, their particular elegance. When activated, Stern Waters Stalemate looks the most confusing of all the charged skills. The Water Samurai simply stands in a calm rest with no real focus or worry. A second later a rapid tide of attacks strike over and over at any opponents near the Water Samurai, looking like a stream of rushing crashing waves that extend from the feet of the Water Samurai to anywhere in a 15m range, dealing more damage the more time the waves have to gain momentum. This is a Counter, and cannot attack if the user is not attacked.
